Chickings Bacolod Inasal traces its roots back to Victorias, Negros, where it all began in the 1970's from our Lola’s humble kitchen, serving authentic Bacolod inasal to the community. Driven by passion and purpose, we took a bold step during the pandemic and opened our first fast-food restaurant—bringing the sarap ng tunay na Bacolod Inasal to more people. As demand grew, so did the dream. With the guidance of our CEO, Erickson Baterina, who has over 20 years of SME experience, Chickings Bacolod Inasal entered franchising.
In just two years, our family recipe grew into a family of 33 branches nationwide—a testament that when tradition, quality, and heart come together, good taste always finds its way to the table.
